As an SAP FI/CO Consultant or Manager you will be part of innovative, challenging SAP Finance Transformation projects where you will methodically engage with the business in an interactive way, get a better understanding of their business processes and (re)design and improve them. At the different clients you will be monitoring and delivering project deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the Go-Live.

You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues. You know how to process feedback, but you can also - depending on your experience - coordinate or manage a team and know how to maximize efficiency. With your SAP knowledge and skills, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships.

Besides your daily job, and for the more experienced candidates, you also have the opportunity to drive and/or support in other strategic plans within Accenture (pre-sales, training initiatives, and innovation).

• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO)

• Min 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experiences: including estimating, planning and delivering a solution end-to-end

• Experience in delivering an end-to-end S/4HANA or SAP ECC project (S/4HANA implementation is considered as a key plus)

• Stakeholder management within complex SAP programs

• Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales

• Eagerness to shape and work in a team-oriented environment

• Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence

• Passionate about SAP, innovation and delivery the latest technologies to your clients.

• At least 1 SAP certification in your area

• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)

• Fluent in French or Dutch is a must + English

• A Master’s degree from a leading university or business school
