Diverse by nature & design
Our people come from diverse cultures and backgrounds. At Accenture, we embrace that rich variety. Like our strategic partnership with the Belgian coding school, BeCode where together we train untapped talent to close the digital skills gap. You can bring your best true self to work, sure that a warm and inclusive workplace is waiting, where you feel respected, able to speak your mind, and contribute to our shared success.
We are committed to reaching a 50/50 gender balance at Accenture in Belgium & Luxembourg by 2025
Accenture’s Value Promise is to embed sustainability into everything we do as we believe it’s our greatest responsibility. Accenture is committed to delivering 360˚ value to all our stakeholders, by focusing not only on financial goals but also on multiple dimensions of value, such as sustainability, inclusion and diversity, talent and more. Over the last decade, we’ve continually set bolder environment goals for ourselves – our aim is to become Net-Zero by 2025 based on approved science-based targets, powering our offices with 100% renewable electricity and equipping our people to make climate-smart travel decisions.
We use our combined skills and understanding of business and technology to co-create inclusive, responsible and sustainable solutions for our clients, with our people, social partners & entrepreneurs. That means, we always apply innovation in meaningful ways that add value to people’s lives, not just profit margins, like building responsible Artificial Intelligence.
At Accenture, we call this Innovation with Purpose. It’s about addressing business needs and societal/environmental challenges at the same time resulting in win-win-win partnerships. Because we believe all companies can address their business challenges in a socially responsible and ethical way. A huge part of that is protecting our planet. We’re always looking for innovative ways to lessen our impact on the environment. Our new office in Brussels is a great example of this.

Together with our people, we can have an even greater social impact. In addition to pro bono and volunteering opportunities, our people can request financial support for social projects they are actively involved in. Read more about our three latest Giving Through You laureates.
Every year, our people can contribute to planting trees (e.g. In 2021 we bicked, ran, walked, … to plant 25 000 trees!) Together with France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, we have already planted +84 000 trees.
Closing the skills gap – skills to succeed
In 2015, we set a goal to equip more than 3 million people around the world by 2020 with the skills to get a job or build a business. In 2019, we surpassed that mark, reaching nearly 3.6 million people.
We combine innovation, technology, and the talents of our people to create sustainable solutions for the business and societal challenges of today and tomorrow. The Liquid Studio in Brussels is our playground for co-creating with our clients and partners, shepherding innovative ideas through an agile development process to get new products & solutions out of the door, at speed.
A workplace for the future
We are proud to call Gare Maritime in Brussels our home in Belgium. We are proud to be the first residents of this former 19th century railway depot in Tour & taxis which is today a state-of-the art in sustainability, with the highest certification standards. It reflects our unique personality. Firmly rooted in the past but always with an eye towards a sustainable future. Our Brussels office is a workplace for the future, just like our new office in the fast-growing Findel district of Luxembourg, and Accenture Interactive in Leuven.
