Your job

As a Strategy Senior Manager in our Customer Sales & Service practice, you will help to solve key business problems and challenges by shaping growth strategies and business transformation. You will guide clients in their strategy design and execution, solving complex problems in all areas of go-to-market strategy design, operating model redesign and transformation & value realization.

Together with your team(s), you challenge the status quo and drive the C-suite agenda. Bringing together industry depth and functional expertise, you develop innovative strategies that harness your full understanding of how technology will impact industry and business models, while working as One Accenture to win competitive advantage, unlock value and drive profitable growth for clients.

You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and business development activities – and therefore managing a part of the business from a sales & offerings perspective. Working on a project basis at a wide variety of organizations will deepen your knowledge of the industry during which you lead Managers, Consultants & Analysts. By being a people developer, you live the apprenticeship model, support colleagues to help identify their strengths and develop areas for opportunity in a lead by example model.

Your background

We are looking for talented and motivated people who have experienced in:

  • shaping the agenda of multiple C-level positions
  • designing business strategies to unlock growth and trapped value
  • operating with a client-first mindset and shape the path to deliver successful outcomes by communicating in a concise way with all clients
  • establishing credibility through continued efforts to bring the latest thinking, trends & solutions to build relationships and partner with them on their most strategic issues
  • helping clients to gain deeper insights in the customer and their needs, behaviors, and frustrations, in order to define a customer strategy and differentiated value propositions
  • driving the development of a comprehensive customer strategy with the right investment case & roadmap
  • originating, shaping, selling and delivering transformations for selected strategy offerings in a client portfolio

Last, a minimum of 8 years of working experience is required for this role.
