For the Direct Sourcing Team, Accenture is looking for an ambitious sourcing specialist.
In this role, you will make a significant contribution to finding (IT) specialists who will help Accenture grow and make our client challenges a success. You are a partner for recruiters and hiring managers and help identify potential candidates in the Belgian and international job market. Together with the responsible recruiter, you will develop an effective sourcing strategy to fill vacancies as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will use various tools, including Linkedin-Recruiter, Boolean search, job sites and our own Accenture database. As a sourcing specialist, you will provide and manage a pool of qualified candidates (short list) and maintain contact with a global network of potential (IT) professionals (long list).

• At least a bachelor's degree ;
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a recruiter in a company or agency;
• In-depth knowledge of online recruitment (social media, Boolean search, etc.);
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus;
• You are flexible, team player, proactive, persuasive and you know how to build a network of candidates;
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch , both spoken and written.
