Your job

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will advise our clients on ServiceNow options and possibilities to support all IT and non-IT services. As the ServiceNow platform has a broad spectrum of components and applications, you will work in a variety of projects, onsite or offsite, helping clients to modernize processes that could be in employee, customer experience or completely new application development domains.

In your role as a consultant you will be responsible for coming up with innovative solutions to customer issues using ServiceNow platform and delivering it within agreed time and scope.

Your communication skills will be put in practice in the workshops with the clients, clearly understanding the issue and solving it into a working solution. You will be responsible of translating customer requirements into user stories and you will closely work with international and multicultural team that consist of a client and Accenture resources. This role is part of our Accenture CloudFirst practice. We know cloud technology is the first stop on the digital transformation highway. And we know that a digitally transformed business is a business that achieves greater value, and can scale, operate at speed, outmaneuver competition and external threats, and succeed. What qualifications do you need to apply?

The Accenture young graduates positions welcome all Bachelors & Masters students who are in their final year of studies from any educational background & interested in a career in consultancy. We are looking for open minded people looking to drive real innovation, together with our clients. 

How does the application process work?

After we receive your application, you’ll be invited to take our online assessment. If positive, you’ll be invited for an HR interview to discuss all about you so we can find out whether there’s a match with what you’re looking for in a first position. If positive, you’ll be invited for a Meet&Sign day! This is 1 day where you complete all the other steps of the recruitment process: you will participate in a business case in group, manager interview & final interview. If you pass the full day you might go home with a contract offer! These days typically take place beginning of December & March. If you apply after this date you will take the steps individually on different days.
