As a HR Transformation SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant/Manager you will:

  • Participate in HR SuccessFactors Transformation pre-sales by presenting our methodologies, assets and pre-configured solutions

  • Lead and deliver for HR SuccessFactors transformation  projects/modules within complex and global environments

  • Analyze, design and deliver creative and innovative solutions tailored to client needs in the area of HR transformations

  • Lead, coach and advise project team members to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and assets

  • Keep up to date with current developments and trends in SAP SuccessFactors roadmaps and features

What we’re looking for:

  • You will bring a creative and innovative mindset to your work and clients while ensuring the highest quality work delivered on time.

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation (e.g; Employee Central (EC), Performance and Goals (PM/GM), Succession Planning (SP), Career Developing Planning (CDP), Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Compensation, Payroll)

  • Be certified in at least one SuccessFactors module

  • Desirable experience of HR transformation consulting

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of data management and integrations  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
