The Executive Support Assistant works within the Executive Support Desk based in Brussels and provides efficient and high quality support to the Senior Executives in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The Executive Support Desk acts as a shared service center with 'one portal' and 'one voice', managed by a team lead. Each member of the Executive Desk supports 6 to 8 executives and operates with a degree of autonomy to complete high quality work. He/she should possess the competence, initiative and business acumen necessary to support the executive management at the most effective level.

Your job
  • Meetings; organize internal and client meetings. Coordinate participants' availability and send invitations.Arrange logistics and technical support.
  • Conference calls; organize internal and client conferences calls.
  • Workspace coordination; reserve workspaces in Accenture offices worldwide.
  • Schedule Coordination; set up, change or cancel meetings to optimize your executive's agenda.
  • Travel Arrangements: organize and book business travel (ticketing arrangements, visa assistance, hotel accommodations, ground transportation arrangements, etc.)
  • Reference Center: know and share the internal processes, points or persons of contact within the organization. 
  • Other Support: Distribution of mailings: e.g. for a marketing event, for a client event ect, request of business cards, restaurant reservation, organizing team events in collaboration with Meeting & Events team

  • You are good in organization and communication
  • You have already some experience in executive support
  • You have obtain a bachelor preferred in office management

What qualifications do you need to apply?

The Accenture young graduates positions welcome all Bachelors & Masters students who are in their final year of studies from any educational background & interested in a career in consultancy. We are looking for open minded people looking to drive real innovation, together with our clients. 

How does the application process work?

After we receive your application, you’ll be invited to take our online assessment. If positive, you’ll be invited for an HR interview to discuss all about you so we can find out whether there’s a match with what you’re looking for in a first position. If positive, you’ll be invited for a Meet&Sign day! This is 1 day where you complete all the other steps of the recruitment process: you will participate in a business case in group, manager interview & final interview. If you pass the full day you might go home with a contract offer! These days typically take place beginning of December & March. If you apply after this date you will take the steps individually on different days.
