Your Job

As a Digital Solution Architect you will be part of a team responsible for innovating, developing, and delivering solutions for our clients. You will take on the role as a critical member in both implementation projects as well as in business development & strategy engagements. You will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap and work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate digital solution design.You will possess vast experience in professional services and digital solution selling environment and a background that illustrates solid capabilities in solution architecting. You will have a strong web content and e-commerce background with hands-on experience in defining strategy and planning, supporting, and implementing transactional websites built on leading content and e-commerce platforms. In this role you will have the opportunity to be a major contributor to the digital content, commerce and marketing practice at Accenture Interactive.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap for a client/opportunity
  • Drive content and e-commerce solutioning, proposal creation, and estimation work
  • Understand and translate requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal, and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables, and the right collection of offerings
  • Aid in the design and development of the solution
  • Work closely with global subject matter experts to plan and create a compelling and innovative solution that can be delivered
  • Interact and collaborate with the global delivery network to ensure effective delivery and a smooth transition of services
  • Ensure that delivery architecture is implemented according to policies/standards and solution is benchmarked externally
  • Quick POC development for technical solution feasibility
  • Take on the role as a critical team member in both implementation projects as well as in business development and strategy engagements
  • Drive content and e-commerce solutioning, proposal creation, and estimation work
  • Contribute to assets/offerings & thought leadership
  • Participate and drive the creation of POVs and thought leadership

Your background

  • At least 6+ years' work experience from working with content and e-commerce systems as a developer and 5+ years of experience as an architect (setting direction, managing teams, driving proposals, and estimation)
  • Experience in designing and implementing with more than one major marketing systems (Adobe Marketing Cloud, SAP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
  • Experience in designing and implementing with more than one of these major e-commerce systems (SAP hybris, cloudcraze, Oracle ATG, IBM Websphere, Demandware, Elastic Path, Epi Commerce)
  • Experience in designing and implementing with one or more major content systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, Liferay)
  • Experience in designing and implementing with more than one major marketing systems (Adobe Marketing Cloud, SAP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
  • Worked in projects with agile or traditional development methodologies and covering the full development life cycle, including interactions with creative agencies
  • Knowledge about other digital marketing technologies such as content management, campaign management, social media, search, web analytics, and behavioural targeting
  • Strong analytical skills - can find, understand and analyse things that are not obvious or hide behind the surface.
  • As a person, you are a positive team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent English skills
  • Relevant University Degree
