As a Strategy Manager in our Customer Sales & Service practice, you will help to solve key business problems and challenges by shaping growth strategies and business transformation. You will guide clients in their strategy design and execution, solving complex problems in all areas of go-to-market strategy design, operating model redesign and transformation & value realization. Together with your team(s), you challenge the status quo and drive the C-suite agenda. Bringing together industry depth and functional expertise, you develop innovative strategies that harness your full understanding of how technology will impact industry and business models, while working as One Accenture to win competitive advantage, unlock value and drive profitable growth for clients.

You will be involved in building strong client relationships and business development activities. Working on a project basis at a wide variety of organizations will deepen your knowledge of the industry during which you lead Consultants & Analysts. By being a people developer, you live the apprenticeship model, support colleagues to help identify their strengths and develop areas for opportunity in a lead by example model.

We are looking for talented and motivated people who will:

  • shape the agenda of multiple C-level positions

  • design business strategies to unlock growth and trapped value

  • operate with a client-first mindset and shape the path to deliver successful outcomes by communicating in a concise way with all clients

  • establish credibility through continued efforts to bring the latest thinking, trends & solutions to build relationships and partner with them on their most strategic issues

  • conduct assessments to help to identify vulnerabilities, challenges, and opportunities in the current state of our clients

  • originate, shape, sell and deliver transformations in the context of disruption for the clients you will be working with

  • help our clients to gain deeper insights in the customer and their needs, behaviors, and frustrations, in order to define a customer strategy and differentiated value propositions.

  • drive the development of a comprehensive customer strategy and design that considers digital and omnichannel interaction models to personalize the customer experience.

  • Developing and tracking to a business case, measuring the value generated from improved customer experience and/or reduced cost-to-serve.

Your background
  • Ideally between 6 to 9 years of experience

  • Effective communication in Dutch or French, and English

  • Demonstrate prior consulting experience and achieved results

  • Experience with Business Development activities

  • Functional experience with growth, go-to-market, commercial, customer & distribution strategies

  • Experience in digital/Strategic transformation programs & value realization, operating model redesigns or service designs

  • Ability to have confident and valuable conversations with C-level function of large companies on key strategic challenges

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage small to large teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit
