Currently we are looking for a Customer Transactions & Billing admin Consultant within our practice Managed Services Business Excellence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer contracts and configure the contract details in contract, order and billing software.

  • Capture and document the customer specific administrative support needs.

  • Process customer transactions promptly and accurately, including orders and invoices.

  • Support the sales activities by generating financial quotations related to new orders from existing customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of billing information.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline the administrative workload and reduce errors. Make recommendations for system enhancements.

  • Gather the data in systems or at stakeholders (sales & delivery) for billing purposes.

  • Work closely together with delivery, product and software development teams to ensure correct and accurate handling of customer transactions.

  • Identify, discuss and solve deviations from documented practice and ensure optimal alignment with standard practice.

Your profile:

  • Experience in customer transactions, billing, or accounting roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and managing billing data.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Clear and professional communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficient in using computer software, including spreadsheets, billing software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems or processes quickly.

  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a must. Good knowledge of English. French is a plus.
