Your Job?

  • Contributing to Agile transformation initiatives

  • Coaching Agile teams in all roles and functions

  • Support efficiency and productivity improvements at teams & program level

  • Being part of an Agile team delivering products and projects for our clients

  • Managing activities and events such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos

  • Creating regular team efficiency and productivity metrics, and relevant dashboards

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, OR other Master’s degree with strong IT affinity

  • Between 3 to 10 years of full lifecycle implementation experience, with at least 2 years delivering products or projects in environment using Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, DevOps)

  • Experience in an advisory role and profound knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS) is a plus

  • Certified in Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM),SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager or equivalents

  • Fluent in English, AND French and / or Dutch.
